Leadership & Energy Coaching
I coach operations and strategy leaders in tech who are carrying more than ever: bigger scope, constant re-orgs, and the quiet pressure to always be "on." We rebuild how you lead so performance and energy grow together, not at each other's expense.

Who I work with
First-time Heads-of navigating a re-org or a step-up in scope.
Ops & strategy leaders who deliver — but at an unsustainable cost.
High performers who want ambition and a life, not one or the other.
Leaders in tech, often working across cultures and time zones.
The pattern I keep seeing
The tactics that earned you the bigger role — absorbing every fire, being the most reliable person in the room, out-working the ambiguity — stop scaling exactly when the scope gets real. More effort produces less. You feel it in your calendar, your sleep, and the version of yourself your team and family actually get. Coaching isn't about doing more. It's about changing the setting you operate from.
How the work is different
Using the Energy Leadership Index (ELI), we map how you show up under pressure versus when you're at your best — and where you're leaking energy without noticing.
We work on the real situations in your week — the re-org, the stakeholder, the decision you keep avoiding — and rebuild how you respond, not just what you do.
New leadership habits that survive a hard quarter. The goal is durable performance you can sustain, with room left over for the rest of your life.
Why me
For 15 years I led strategy and operations at Google — through re-orgs, scaled global programs, and the kind of relentless pace that quietly costs you. I got certified as an Energy Leadership coach because the leaders around me (and I) needed a way to perform without disappearing into the work.
I'm not a coach who read about your world in a book. I sat in it. That's the difference clients tell me they feel in the first session.

We'll talk about what's actually going on, whether coaching is the right tool, and if we're a fit to work together. If it's not, I'll point you somewhere better.
